Ryan Hardy is a Chef of many talents. Obsessed with music, food and design, he’s the creative force behind NYC-based Delicious Hospitality Group owning, operating and managing restaurants, bars and cafes. The 6 time James Beard Finalist, San Pellegrino World’s Best List One to Watch, and Top 50 Pizzaiolo USA is most well known for founding Charlie Bird and Pasquale Jones in Soho though his pedigree begun in hotels before connecting with the stoves in New York. In addition to the growing list of restaurant projects, Delicious Hospitality Group also holds consulting projects with JetBlue Airlines, they launched the Bumble Dating IPO as their Food & Beverage consultants into brick and mortar expansion and started Genco Importing, a European Food & Olive Oil Import Company. In 2023, Ryan expanded with the opening of Silver Sands Motel & Beach Bungalows including two restaurants on site and a new café and provisions in the heart of downtown Greenport, NY.
